Offsite began with three friends sharing stories about our favorite getaways—the places that shaped us. Each of us had our spot, rich with history, memories, and meaning. When we’re there, we’re our best selves, and when we’re away, we carry that sense of balance and perspective with us.
We soon realized this idea wasn’t ours alone. Ask anyone, “Where’s your offsite?” and you’ll hear the same pride and passion in their answers. That shared connection became the foundation for Offsite.
